RENT GEARED TO INCOME (RGI) UNITS
Individuals and/or households whose incomes are at or below the appropriate Housing Income Limits (“HILs”). HILs are based on figures established by CMHC and are intended to reflect the minimum income required to afford appropriate accommodation in the private market. Rents will be structured on a “rent-geared-to-income” basis equating to 30% of the household’s gross income. Eligible income ranges: 1 Bedroom ($40,600 to $58,000); 2 Bedroom ($50,400 to $72,000); 3 Bedroom ($60,200 to $86,000). You must have a BC Housing Registry Applicant Number in order to apply for the RGI units.

Rented at affordable market rents determined by BC Housing for the District of North Vancouver. Eligible income ranges: 1 Bedroom ($58,000 to $82,310); 2 & 3 Bedrooms ($72,000 to $128,810).
